Annual Client Appreciation Evening
A relaxed evening on the Auckland waterfront with food, music, and a thank-you from the team to the clients who keep referring their friends.
Once a year, we close the office early and host every client who has settled with us in the past two years to an informal evening on the Auckland waterfront. No speeches longer than two minutes, no presentations, no sales — just food, music, and a chance to say thank you in person.
This year's evening was held at Wynyard Quarter in early April. Over three hundred clients and partners came through during the night. We are already planning next year's — bigger venue required.
Why We Do This
More than 70% of our new clients in any given month come from a referral. There is no marketing budget that can match that, and there is no formal way to thank someone properly for it. This evening is the closest we have come.
